Set up may begin Thursday, Nov. 7th from 12 – 6 p.m. or Friday Nov. 8th from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m
We are requesting an Auction item from each team to be collected at the time of check it. The most creative Auction item will receive a free entry into C4C 2020. In lieu of bringing an auction item you can choose the buyout of $100.00.
No motorized vehicles or golf cart will be allowed other than the BBQ Committee. Each team is responsible for cleaning up their cook-off areas after the cook-off. Please leave your spot the way you found it. Garbage pickup will be available throughout the event. Spaces are limited to 110 teams and will not be guaranteed without payment. Payouts based on 90+ teams.
Note: Water will be available to teams, however, electricity will not.
I (We) release the T.U.F.F. foundation, The Lone Survivor Foundation, Montgomery County from any responsibility for loss, theft, or any kind of damage whatsoever. I (We) further agree to abide by the rules and regulations as described on the enclosed sheet. No refunds available once payment is made.
