Set up may begin Thursday, Nov. 9th at 4 p.m. or Friday Nov. 10th from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m

AUCTION: We are requesting an Auction item from each team to be collected at the time of check-in.  In lieu of bringing an auction item, you can choose the buyout of $100.00.
No motorized vehicles or golf carts are allowed other than the BBQ Committee. Each team is responsible for cleaning up their cook-off areas after the cook-off. Please leave your spot the way you found it. Garbage pickup will be available throughout the event. Spaces are limited to 5
5 teams and will not be guaranteed without payment.  Payout is based on 55 teams.

Note: Water will be available to teams, however, electricity will not.
